You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you become aware of unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.
Some features of the App require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple App Store account settings.
You authorize Apple to charge your payment method for subscription fees. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details.
Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with App Store policies. We do not control or process refunds directly.
The App allows you to upload, import, scan, or paste materials, including but not limited to:

We do not claim ownership of your content. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing App functionality.
Avocado Recipe Manager does not host, publish, or redistribute copyrighted content on behalf of users.

When you import content from URLs, photos, text, or OCR, the App uses AI to transform the content by:
AI-generated content is provided solely for the user’s personal, non-commercial use.
AI output is not a copy of the original copyrighted material and is intended to be transformative.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, or inappropriate.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated recipes before use.
We are not liable for errors, omissions, or outcomes resulting from AI-generated content.

We are not liable for allergic reactions, health issues, or cooking-related incidents.
Pantry and Smart Grocery features may suggest recipes or generate shopping lists based on your input.
We do not guarantee that:
You are responsible for verifying all shopping lists and recipes.
The App may allow you to share recipes that were generated, transformed, or imported.

Avocado Recipe Manager is not responsible for disputes arising from content you distribute.
Imported URLs, external recipe pages, or images are controlled by third-party websites.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
If these Terms are translated into other languages, the English version shall control in the event of any conflict.
